Security Team Promotions

A big congratulations to Sam Upton and Steve Bruntnell on their well-deserved promotions within the Security team.

  • Sam Upton: With his account management background, Sam brings fresh ideas and is already making a positive impact in his new role.
    Steve Bruntnell: After 14 years of dedicated service, Steve is now leading as Security Contracts Manager, providing stability and strong leadership to the team.
Grzegorz Tadel’s Promotion

Congratulations to Grzegorz Tadel on his promotion to Senior Contracts Manager. Grzeg has been with Premier for over six years, earning the admiration of clients and colleagues alike with his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Savills Training Videos

Our team recently worked with Savills at Capital Quarter, creating a tailored series of training videos for their security staff. These videos cover key topics such as site opening protocols, internal patrols, and concierge desk tasks.

This project not only supports the Savills team but also serves as a showcase of Premier’s bespoke training capabilities.

 

OPERATIONS

Manager Training Roadshow

The recent Manager Training Roadshows in Leeds and Birmingham were a resounding success. These sessions provided managers with new tools, insights, and a shared vision for Premier’s future.

Power BI Rollout

Our new Power BI dashboards are now live for the Operations team, enabling real-time tracking of key performance indicators like audits and Timegate budgets. Empowering teams with the right tools ensures smooth and efficient operations.

Tone of Voice Workshop

A successful Tone of Voice Workshop was held to refine the Premier brand, aligning our messaging across the business and ensuring consistency in communication.
