If you’re successful at telephone interview, the manager will invite you to an in-person interview. If you’re successful at this stage, you will be given the job, asked for your details, and allocated a start date.
Your manager will take you through an induction, covering all the key aspects of health and safety on site, the job specification, where emergency exits and the cleaning cupboard are, and more. You’ll complete your first module of training, receive your uniform, and meet your colleagues.
